Lets put our heads together....

It doesn't matter if this is new to you entirely or you want to branch out in a new direction. Maybe you want to put some changes in place to help your work feel more manageable? Or finally put some time into getting that passion project up and running that you've always wanted to run,

I'm here to help.

I am passionate about sustainable creative careers and supporting people to share their creativity with others. I am a firm believer that freelancing is sustainable with the correct approach and support, and that independant creatives work is an invaluable resource that is so often unsupported, therefore putting strain on those facilitating the spaces. This is particularly the case when individuals work across many organisations or settings. I want to support your creative practice as a whole, in a holistic way to encourage planning and resilience for yourself and your participants.

I qualified as an Art Psychotherapist in 2017, and have more than a decades experience in the field of mental health. This includes charity management and grant funding applications, evaluations and project delivery. I have successfully produced creative sessions both independently and through charitable organisations supported by National Lottery and Arts Council England funding.
