Wellbeing Studio
on Zoom!
Tuesday's
2pm-4pm
26/1/21 - 23/2/21 (6 weeks) Term One **closed**
These sessions are FREE of charge thanks to grant funding. Spaces are limited and there are only a set number of sessions/terms which will be delivered. This group is aimed at individuals who have a mental health diagnosis from the community, supported living environments or those who are marginalised and isolated or suffering from depression/anxiety.
This studio group will be a supported creative space to try out new materials, techniques and meet new people. Facilitated by a qualified Art Therapist, the group will all work independently on their own projects whilst being supported and inspired by each other. This could be your chance to start something new, complete something you’ve always wanted or just take some time to yourself to try out materials you never have before. Being creative is something that aids self expression, helps with problem solving and can aid in self reflection. This is an informal ‘no wrong approach’ group, where all you need it an open mind and the will to try. Get out of the house, meet new people and try something new!
Our next term starts on 16th March for 5 weeks. Forms to book a place on term two will be available on March 2nd.
The spaces are booked on a first come first served basis because there are limited spaces available. We will operate a waiting list for those who don't get on this time. You can find the terms and condition at the link below.
